Welcome to NY CUP Basketball (“NY CUP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, registering for events, or participating in NY CUP programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Use of Website

Provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting forms
Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website’s functionality or security
NY CUP reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these terms.
2. Program Participation
Participation in NY CUP events, leagues, and programs is subject to:
Completion of registration requirements
Payment of applicable fees
Agreement to all waivers, releases, and codes of conduct
NY CUP reserves the right to accept or decline participation at its discretion.
3. Payments & Refunds
All fees must be paid in full by stated deadlines
Payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
In the event of cancellation (e.g., weather, facility issues), NY CUP may offer rescheduling, credit, or partial refunds at its discretion
4. Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, coaches, and spectators are expected to:
Demonstrate sportsmanship and respect
Follow all rules and instructions from NY CUP staff and officials
Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
NY CUP reserves the right to remove or suspend any individual for violations without refund.
5. Assumption of Risk
Participation in basketball and related activities involves inherent risks, including injury.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that NY CUP is not liable for injuries or damages arising from participation, except where required by law.
6. Medical Responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
Ensuring they are physically able to participate
Disclosing relevant medical conditions
Carrying appropriate medical insurance
NY CUP is not responsible for medical expenses incurred during participation.
7. Media & Content Release
By participating in NY CUP events or submitting content through our website, you grant NY CUP permission to:
Use photos, videos, and likenesses for promotional and marketing purposes
Share content across social media, websites, and marketing materials
If you wish to opt out, written notice must be submitted prior to participation.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, branding, graphics, and materials, are the property of NY CUP unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use NY CUP content without prior written permission.
